Residential Property Solicitor

A Legal 500 West End firm is seeking a Residential Property Associate (NQ–2 PQE) to join its growing department which has developed a first class reputation.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to build a strong foundation in a high-quality residential property practice, gaining exposure to premium transactions and developing client-facing experience from an early stage.

You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential properties

• Re-mortgages and secured lending transactions

• Transfers of equity

• Lease extensions

• Exposure to higher-value transactions and investor-led instructions where appropriate

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, receiving structured supervision and training, whilst gradually taking on increasing responsibility for your own caseload.

The role offers strong exposure to repeat clients, introducer-led work and high-quality residential instructions, alongside clear progression opportunities as the team continues to grow.

You will also be encouraged to develop strong client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the department.

Requirements

• NQ–2 PQE Residential Property Solicitor

• Experience in residential conveyancing within a reputable practice or training seat

• Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail

• Confident working under supervision with increasing autonomy

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple matters effectively

• Ambitious and keen to develop within a growing West End environment
