The Firm

This is a growing, multi-service boutique firm with a strong London presence and an established international client base. The firm has developed a clear niche advising overseas investors, particularly businesses entering the UK market, creating a consistent pipeline of cross-border work. Clients range from corporates to high-net-worth investors, with strong relationships and repeat instructions.


The commercial property team sits at the centre of this, acting on investment and finance transactions typically in the £5m–£10m range, with larger deals also coming through. The work spans assets such as hotels, warehouses, and other income-generating investments, often involving lender-side representation.


Despite its size, the firm competes for high-quality work, supported by strong networks and a growing reputation in its niche market.


The Role

You will take ownership of a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on investment transactions and property finance.


You will be advising directly on acquisitions, disposals, and secured lending, often acting for lenders, and working closely with investors and international clients. The structure allows you to take on responsibility early, with direct client contact rather than working through layers of hierarchy. You will be supported by paralegal resource, allowing you to focus on higher-value work and client interaction.


The team is already operating with a strong and profitable workflow, and is in a position to scale its current workload significantly, with the expectation that it can grow by two to three times with the right hires in place. As such, you will be joining at a point where your contribution has a direct impact on that growth.


As the team continues to expand, you will play a visible role in its development, contributing to client relationships and helping to shape the department’s future. There is a clear and realistic route to partnership, with progression linked to your contribution, client development, and ability to help grow the practice rather than fixed timelines.
