Head of Operations – Enfusion OMS experience (Asset Management)

Martis Search are exclusively mandated by a London based Asset Management firm to hire an experienced “Head of Operations” with strong working knowledge of Enfusion OMS.

This is a broad, front-to-back middle office role within a multi-asset trading environment, offering exposure across the full trade lifecycle. The successful candidate will combine a hands-on approach with strategic oversight, managing a small team while driving process improvement and operational change across both Enfusion and wider internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of the full Trade Lifecycle, including Trade Capture, Validation, and Exception management
• Oversight of P&L reporting and support to the Front Office
• Acting as a key point of contact for Fund Managers, Traders, Sales, and senior stakeholders (including C-suite)
• Close collaboration with Fund Accounting (NAV operations) and external counterparties
• Leading Operational enhancements, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and system optimisation within Enfusion

This role offers excellent visibility across the business and the opportunity to work closely with traders and portfolio managers in a dynamic buyside environment.

Salary

£90,000 – £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus discretionary annual bonus and benefits (pension, healthcare, etc)
