Job Description
You will lead customer acquisition end-to-end for a proptech-fintech hybrid reimagining rental operations. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll build a compounding growth engine across London, cracking distribution to agency-using landlords through structured experiments, geographic density strategies, and offline referral loops. What You Will Do
- Design and execute structured experiments across unconventional channels like licensing registers, mail drops, and referral partner networks.

- Manage the end-to-end growth stack, from defining KPIs and clean attribution to conducting monthly NPS checks for product-led growth.
The ideal candidate
- 5-8+ years of growth experience, with at least 2 years in a high-growth B2C marketplace or fintech environment like Revolut.
- Proven track record of running disciplined experiments with documented hypotheses and pass/fail thresholds.
- Comfortable with a hybrid "boots on the ground" approach, combining digital funnel analysis with offline relationship building and partner management.
