Role Overview

We are a cutting‑edge, innovative printing company making sizeable investments into variable data. We are seeking a stand‑out Production Director to manage the manufacturing site and directly oversee a large workforce, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively.

Experience and Skills

Ideally you have experience driving senior managerial teams in a high‑standard DM or TM services environment, with sound IT knowledge highly beneficial. You must have a strong working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma processes and be confident in efficiently managing budgets.

Responsibilities

As Head of all manufacturing operations, you will implement continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with senior managers. You will adopt the relevant communication and managerial skills to gain the respect of your audience and become an authoritative figure on site.

Ambitious, with the drive and determination to be an integral part of long‑term success. Demonstrated ability to think ahead, establish efficient courses of action, prioritise and plan activities considering relevant factors, and take initiative while being responsible for the consequences of your decisions.
