For this Account Manager position the client will consider an account executive, account handler, or account manager from a printer or print management company.

The Account Manager is responsible, and accountable, for the day-to-day management of the individual client relationship and business, while continuously seeking out new opportunities to grow the business. You will provide operational excellence, exceptional customer service skills, negotiation abilities, crisis management experience, process and project management skills, and reporting.

The sought individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete process from conception through to completion, ensuring that client expectations are exceeded and projects are delivered on time, every time. It is therefore essential that interested parties have the technical print knowledge to assist clients through each step of a campaign.
