Overview
We are seeking two Business Analysts to support a Calypso platform operating as a book of record within Operations. The roles will focus on trade lifecycle coverage, platform usage, and operational alignment rather than deep front‑office structuring. Calypso experience is a key differentiator, but candidates do not need in‑depth OTC product specialism provided they have strong trade lifecycle understanding.
Key Requirements
- Strong Calypso experience
- Hands‑on experience working directly with the Calypso platform is strongly preferred and will be a key factor in selection.
- Trade lifecycle knowledge
- Good understanding of the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle, including areas such as:
- Trade capture and processing
- Pricing
- Collateral management
- Post‑trade / operations processes
- Financial Services background
- Experience working within Financial Services environments, ideally supporting trading, operations, or risk functions.
- Operational focus
- Comfortable working with Calypso as a book of record within Operations rather than a purely front‑office or mid‑office model.
- Pragmatic delivery mindset
- Able to work flexibly in evolving environments; overall candidate quality will be considered where the full skill set cannot be met.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to OTC derivatives (not required to be deep or specialist)
- Experience supporting control, regulatory, or operational change initiatives
