What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of services to customers, ensuring timely and high‑quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet customer demands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the main point of contact.
- Identify areas for service improvement and work towards implementing appropriate solutions.
- Monitor and report on service delivery performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant service delivery standards and processes.
- Manage escalations and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in service delivery management.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in service delivery management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising deliverables.
- Knowledge of service delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyse data and generate insights for service improvement.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable
- Relevant certifications in service delivery management.
- Experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
