Account Director – Key Account Lead

An international digital brand management company seeks an outstanding Account Director to lead a team of talented account and project managers, servicing a high profile client account.

Responsibilities and expectations:

• Lead a team of account and project managers to deliver a first‑class service to a high‑profile client.
• Develop a full understanding of the client’s values and create a strong personal relationship.
• Interact with the client face‑to‑face on a regular basis to ensure SLAs are adhered to.
• Act as a strong leader and role model, maximizing the skills of every team member designated to this key account.
