Description
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies aligned to client business goals
- Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships across a portfolio of client accounts
- Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and performance targets are consistently met
- Support and guide account managers in day-to-day client servicing and strategic account growth
- Present strategies, campaign results, and recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support wider business development activity
- Mentor and develop account management and marketing team members, driving high performance
- Contribute to wider agency planning, processes, and strategic direction as part of the leadership team
Profile
- Solid experience within a marketing agency environment
- Previous experience in a senior client services, account leadership, or management role
- Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally working with SMEs and owner-led businesses
- Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of ROI and business impact
- Experience managing, motivating, and developing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including board-level stakeholder engagement
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of inbound marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot would be advantageous
