We have a great opportunity for an Account Director to join a forward‑thinking print management company with unparalleled resources and financial backing.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of a team of 8 Account Executives and Account Managers within a busy department.
- Motivate the team to ensure they deliver the best possible customer service.
- Develop the team’s skills to handle complex customer‑service issues and ensure efficient, client‑satisfying resolutions.
- Act as an approachable leader, answering questions and providing support for key client projects.
- Use performance indicators to analyse the team’s strengths and weaknesses, identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
- Ensure the team is appropriately structured and resources are allocated to maximise efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of managing a team to its full potential. Must have experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors and be a resident of the United Kingdom.
