A company known for its creativity and cutting edge solutions is looking for a logistics and dispatch manager to supervise the company09s storage and distribution of supplies and materials. You will be tasked with planning routes, analysing budgets and processing shipments across the country.

Responsibilities

• Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates.
• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
• Organising warehouse, labelling goods and processing shipments.
• Responding to any issues or complaints.
• Working with production department to incorporate logistics in line company procedures.
• Evaluating budgets and expenditures.
• Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
• Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates can be from any manufacturing sector, but must have experience in a similar role, and an in-depth knowledge of inventory systems.

Overseeing daily logistical and dispatch operations will require someone with strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
