Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff
• Driving productivity
• Driving improvements in production process
• Cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work
• Control, organise, and monitor the flow of materials to produce the highest quality product on time and on budget
• Operate digital presses

Qualifications

The successful candidate must take initiative, be a confident decision maker, and take an accurate and methodological approach to all projects. They should have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise work. The candidate must have experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors and be resident in the UK.
