An innovative print company is seeking a high calibre candidate to take on the hands‑on role of Production Manager. They are looking for someone who is comfortable in working in a diverse environment, with demonstrable leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects/initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style, open to direction. You will be able to motivate the team and drive production, quality and output. You will show an ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organisation, find ways of improving productivity, quality and efficiencies, and will look at situations from several perspectives.
