Inizio is partnering with a global healthcare organisation to recruit a Clinical Educator within Women’s Health. This is an opportunity to join a team focused on supporting healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of medical devices and innovative technologies, helping to improve patient outcomes across maternity and gynaecology settings.
About the Role
This is a permanent, field-based position covering the South West.
The role is centred around clinical education and support, working closely with healthcare professionals in maternity and women’s health settings. You will play a key role in helping teams build confidence in clinical practice and the use of new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical education and hands-on training to maternity and women’s health teams
- Support healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of medical devices
- Work collaboratively with midwives, nurses, and OB/GYN clinicians
- Build strong, professional relationships across hospital settings
- Provide feedback and insights to support ongoing improvement in clinical practice
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience within gynaecology, obstetrics, or women’s health
- Experience delivering clinical education, teaching, or mentoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a field-based role across multiple sites
Required Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for education
- Ability to engage and support a range of healthcare professionals
