Salary: £50k to £65k pa (depending on experience)
A highly successful printing company is looking for an outstanding production manager to lead them through an exceptional period of growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of staff
- Driving productivity
- Driving improvements in production process
- Cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work
- Control, organisation, and monitoring of the flow of materials, producing high quality products on time and on budget
Qualifications
- Hands‑on and task‑oriented
- Experience operating digital presses
- Currently managing a workforce of at least 30 people (or has done so in the last 5 years)
- Initiative, confident decision maker, accurate and methodological approach to projects
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
- UK resident with recent experience in print, packaging or paper sectors
