We are working with a highly regarded, Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked City law firm looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its established and well-respected team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of employment matters, including:

• Advising on disciplinaries, grievances and workplace issues
• TUPE, restructures and redundancy processes
• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
• Advising on industrial relations and strike action
• Supporting clients with ongoing HR and employment queries

You’ll also:

• Work alongside Partners on more complex matters
• Build strong client relationships
• Contribute to the continued success of the team

About You

This role would suit someone who:

• Has 4+ years’ PQE in Employment Law
• Is trained with or has experience in a good quality firm with a solid workload
• Has strong technical ability across both contentious and advisory work
• Is confident managing their own caseload
• Has excellent communication and client care skills
• Is organised, proactive and commercially aware
