We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team, covering developments across Cumbria.

Role Details

Position: Field Sales Executive

Salary: £25,027 – £30,796 (depending on experience)

Car Allowance: £4,800 per annum

Location: Maneli House, Cowper Road,

Area Covered: Cumbria

Working Hours: Thursday to Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion. You will represent our brand professionally while working across multiple developments within your patch.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming prospective buyers to developments and sales centres
• Managing customer enquiries from first contact through to completion
• Conducting viewings and showcasing homes to a high standard
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying needs
• Managing reservations, paperwork and sales progression
• Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Delivering sales targets and contributing to overall performance

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Previous new home sales experience (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently across a regional patch
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
