Job Title: Operations Manager – Corrugated Cases

Responsibilities

• Implement KPIs to achieve productivity, safety, quality, service, and financial goals.
• Communicate goals and objectives, providing clear direction to supervisors, team leaders, and operatives, and make important decisions in high‑pressure situations.
• Support and balance customer needs with operational effectiveness, ensuring smooth, efficient, informed and compliant daily operations.
• Conduct site operations management, oversee internal and external projects, and drive lean and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day issues.
• Strive for continual improvements in machine productivity and efficiency, reduce waste, ensure product quality, and exceed customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Registered UK resident with recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
• Knowledge and experience within the corrugated cases industry.
• Knowledge of foam plastics is a distinct advantage.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, communication and strategic management skills.
