Job Description

Directories-listed Private Client team in London seeks a Private Client (Wills Tax Trusts) lawyer 4 or more years’ PQE who can demonstrate a breadth of experience and a keen desire to develop their knowledge and practice. The successful candidate can expect to undertake a range of private client work in a supportive collegiate team that is widely recognised for its expertise in this area. The client base is varied but they exclusively act for high-net worth individuals and their families who are UK-based as well as advising international clients. Your skills and experience will enable you to perform a range of duties in the Private Client team which include: • Dealing with taxable estates • Drafting of Wills • Advise on inheritance tax • Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney • Advise on trusts • Prepare Court of Protection applications in relation to Property and Financial Affairs • Managing Deputy Files.

You will alos regularly work with other teams including Trusts & Estates Disputes, Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Property and Family.
