What You’ll Be Doing

Working alongside a friendly and experienced partner, you’ll advise on a wide range of transactions, including:

• Acquisition finance

• Asset-based lending
\n

\n\n

 

\n\n

\n\t
• Secured lending
\n

\n\n

 

\n\n

\n\t
• Real estate finance
\n

\n\n

• General corporate banking
\n

\n\n

You’ll be supporting a diverse client base, including UK clearing banks, building societies, funds, investors, and other financial institutions.

\n\n

What You’ll Bring

\n\n

You’ll have at least 3 years’ PQE and experience from a recognised banking & finance team.

\n\n

Whether you’re already based in Hampshire/Solent or looking to relocate, this role offers the chance to join a high-calibre team. If you’re further afield, the firm is happy to offer flexibility around office attendance.
