\nThe Role As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide vital support to experienced fee earners across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Liaising with clients and third parties
\n\t
• Updating the case management system and maintaining accurate records
\n\t
• Drafting and preparing legal documents
\n\t
• Producing completion packs
\n\t
• Handling completions and ensuring deadlines are met
\n

About You We’re looking for a candidate with:

\n\t
• At least 1 year’s experience working in a conveyancing department
\n\t
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
\n\t
• A proactive attitude and the ambition to progress within the firm
