Are you a driven Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Cambridge? We are working with an established and forward-thinking practice that is keen to welcome a talented solicitor with around 2 years' PQE into their growing property team

The Role

\n\n

You will work as part of a well-respected commercial property team, advising a broad client base that includes developers, investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers. The role offers exposure to a wide range of matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
\n\t
• Landlord and tenant work
\n\t
• Commercial leases
\n\t
• Property finance and secured lending
\n\t
• Development projects
\n

You'll benefit from close partner support while also being encouraged to take ownership of your own matters as your experience develops

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 2 years' PQE in commercial property
\n\t
• Strong technical grounding and attention to detail
\n\t
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
\n\t
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
\n\t
