You will advise a diverse client base, including private equity sponsors, infrastructure and real estate funds and sovereign wealth and institutional investors. Your work will cover:
You will collaborate with specialists across funds, financial regulation, tax, corporate and finance on complex, cross-border mandates.
The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in private fund formation and/or investment work, gained at a leading City or international practice.
