Events Executive

Job Description

A leading chambers, comprising over 100 barristers, is seeking a dynamic and personable Events Executive to join its team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development, this role will take full responsibility for the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of high-profile events, including conferences, seminars, networking functions, and international engagements.

Working closely alongside the Marketing and Events Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring events are executed to an exceptional standard and align with the chambers’ strategic objectives.

Key Duties will include:

• Organise the end-to-end event management across webinars, conferences, seminars and receptions
\n\t
• Review and format marketing material for events
\n\t
• Secure venues and develop client lists,
\n\t
• Use Eventbrite to create marketing invitations
\n\t
• Coordinate with external speakers
\n

\n\n

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a marketing or events role, and be very confident working with various stakeholders.
