Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive – Nottingham – £35,000 to £60,000

The role
- Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from instruction through to settlement, including both Portal and non-Portal matters
- Handling predominantly fast-track litigated cases, with exposure to multi-track work
- Running files with a good level of autonomy while having support available when needed
- Drafting your own correspondence and legal documents
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients and delivering solutions-focused outcomes
- Working to fee earning and time recording targets in a structured environment
- Using a case management system to progress matters efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues across the firm
- Supporting business development activity and identifying opportunities to bring in new work

You- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with litigation rights and 3+ years PQE
- Strong experience handling EL/PL claims from start to finish, including litigated matters
- Solid understanding of the relevant Pre-Action Protocols, Civil Procedure Rules and the Damages Claims Portal
- Commercially aware, with the ability to meet financial and performance targets
- Excellent communicator with strong client care skills
- Proactive, organised and confident managing multiple priorities
- A team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach
- Ambitious and motivated to progress your career
