About the Role

Are you an experienced personal injury solicitor looking to focus on complex, high-value cases? A national firm with an outstanding reputation in claimant personal injury work is looking for a solicitor to join its highly rated Serious Injury team in Birmingham.

\n\n

You'll be joining a team led by a highly respected and approachable partner, in a firm that genuinely values and supports its people.

\n\n

What You’ll Be Doing

\n\n

You’ll handle a busy and varied caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims for injured claimants and their families. You’ll also work alongside senior lawyers on complex, multi-million-pound matters, gaining exposure to:

\n\t
• Birth injury and spinal injury claims
\n

\n\n

 

\n\n

\n\t
• Inquest representation and related claims
\n

\n\n

 

\n\n

\n\t
• High-value brain injury cases, including road traffic incidents involving children\n\t

\n\n

What You’ll Bring

\n\n

You’ll have:

\n\n

 

\n\n

\n\t
• At least 3 years’ PQE in serious injury or personal injury work
\n

\n\n

 

\n\n

\n\t
• Experience managing serious injury cases (claimant or defendant background)
\n

\n\n

 

\n\n

\n\t
• A strong interest in focusing on claimant work\n\t

\n\n
