\nThe role
\n
\n\n
\n\t- Joining in a newly created position driven by continued growth within the Employment team
\n\t- Advising predominantly employer clients across a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters
\n\t- Handling issues such as employee relations, tribunal litigation, redundancy and restructuring, TUPE, dismissals and discrimination
\n\t- Supporting on more complex matters including High Court disputes relating to restrictive covenants
\n\t- Drafting and reviewing key documentation including contracts, policies and settlement agreements
\n\t- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while also assisting senior members of the team on larger matters
\n\t- Working closely with a collaborative and approachable team, contributing to a positive and engaged working environment

You

\n\t- NQ to 2 years’ PQE with prior exposure to employment law
\n\t- Able to manage your own matters while knowing when to seek support
\n\t- Commercially minded, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice tailored to business needs
\n\t- Strong communicator with the confidence to build lasting client relationships
\n\t- Organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
\n\t- Ambitious, proactive and keen to establish yourself within a growing team
\n\t- A genuine team player who wants to contribute and make an impact
