Housing Litigation Lawyer

Job Description

A local authority based in London is seeking a Housing Litigation Lawyer for an initial period 3 months.

The successful Housing Litigation Lawyer is required to carry a full caseload from the outset. You will cover issues such as housing possessions, anti-social behaviour injunctions, housing disrepair and homelessness matters. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of handling a full and complex caseload including drafting skills and advocacy. Our client is preferably seeking candidates with local government experience.

Candidates must have a practising certificate to be considered for the role, and you will be required to attend the office once a week.
