Head of Residential Conveyancing - Chester Full-Time | £55,000 - £65,000 | ChesterA reputable and growing law firm in Chester is seeking an experienced Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead its established property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior conveyancer looking to step into a leadership role or an existing Head seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.Key Responsibilities:Leading and managing the residential conveyancing departmentOverseeing a full caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equitySupervising, mentoring, and developing junior fee earners and support staffEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high service standardsDriving departmental performance and contributing to business growthBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholdersAbout You:Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earnerStrong background in residential conveyancing with proven technical expertisePrevious experience in a supervisory or leadership roleConfident managing both a caseload and a teamExcellent communication, organisational, and leadership skillsCommercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approachIn Return:Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000Leadership role within a well-regarded firmSupportive and collaborative working environmentStrong administrative and operational supportGenuine opportunities for career progression and influenceFor more information or to apply, please get in touch.
