The Opportunity:

\n\n

You will join the highly driven Dispute Resolution Team which advises on all types of professional and commercial disputes as well as private client matters, providing practical advice to companies and individuals on the best way forward when trying to resolve disputes. You will be advising on varied commercial disputes involving property, contracts, negligence, shareholders, insolvency, partners and directors. 

\n\n

About You:

\n\n

You will have:

\n\n

\n\t
• Proven experience in handling a mixed caseload of commercial and private client dispute resolution work
\n\t
• Experience in commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes as well as other property disputes
\n\t
• The ability to deliver succinct high-quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills 
\n\t
• The desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.

\n\n

The role will involve marketing and business development and therefore you  must be flexible enough to work outside normal office hours when required and preferably have your own vehicle.
