As a Senior Entertainment TravelConsultant, you will

• Providetravel-related information, and pro-actively suggestadditionalservices to enhance the customers travelexperience
• Offer expert advice and consultation to our travelers, including detailed travel information, itineraries andpotentially suggesting upgrades andadditionalservices that align with the customersneeds
• Expertly use theappropriate theBCD Travel tools and systems to completerequests
• Search and confirm travel reservations for thecustomer

About you

• Extensiveexperience in the travel industry
• Solid working knowledge of the travel policies, procedures, and processes
• Knowledgeable with travel industry system GDS Sabre
• Strong verbal and written communication skills inEnglish
• Proven ability to handle multiple prioritiessimultaneously
• Ability to work independently, exercising discretion andjudgment
• High levelof self-reliance and decision-making ability
• Demonstrated professional customer serviceskills
