Job Description

Your role

• Lead all hotel operations, ensuring consistently high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance
• Lead, motivate, and grow a high‑performing team that delivers excellence every day
• Build a strong relationship with all key stakeholders in the business: owner, manager, employees, clients, and neighbours

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment
• Commercially savvy with strong organisational and people skills
• Energetic, hands‑on, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
