Production Director - East Anglia - up to £65k pa (depending on experience)

Salary: up to £65k pa (depending on experience)

An East Anglian based printer is seeking a Production Director to ensure staff meet production needs while delivering a high‑quality product. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the client’s production policies, objectives, and initiatives, scheduling and ensuring proper utilisation of facilities and personnel, and working closely with the production manager to meet expectations related to timeliness, quality, and profitability.

• Ensure production quality from design to delivery and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Apply strong commercial acumen and financial understanding to drive efficiency and enable new product opportunities.
• Initiate lean manufacturing plans and processes that minimise costs through effective utilisation of manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials.
• Lead the department with strong managerial, interpersonal, and team‑building skills.
• Experience in a senior management role within the printing industry is required.
