• Providestrategicadviceacrossleaseexit,lease-endnegotiations,anddisputeresolution
• Manageanddevelopkeyclientrelationships
• Playapivotalroleinwinningnewbusinessandgrowingtheserviceline
• Supportandmentorjuniorteammembers
• ContributetothewiderBuildingConsultancyofferingwhenrequired
