Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and well-organised store layout that showcases our products effectively.
- Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Training and Development: Continuously train and develop the team's product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines.
