Account Director - Greater Manchester - £60,000 to £70,000 per annum

One of the top print management companies in the country is looking for a senior account management professional to look after one of their most prestigious accounts.

Based at this high‑end client, you will develop a trusted and long‑lasting relationship, serving as the key interface between our client and its top account.

You will be responsible for maximising revenue within this account, leveraging your expertise in large‑format printing and Point of Sale, and expanding the relationship by identifying and fulfilling client needs.

In addition to managing the account, you will lead a team of two account managers and one account executive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organise the account management team
• Build onboarding and training programs to develop staff competencies
• Develop measurement methods and standards for service delivery effectiveness, efficiency and quality
• Manage team to meet financial targets and client project profitability
• Serve as key internal escalation point for implementation related issues
• Define repeatable service delivery processes and toolset to improve client experience and service team efficiency
• Collaborate with internal peers to ensure alignment on incoming demand, priorities and projects
• Work with client teams to identify and mitigate project risks and ensure 100% customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Commercial thinker with boundless energy, strong analytical mind and the ability to foresee problems early and implement suitable counter‑measures.

Eligible candidates must be residents of the UK and have worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
