About the role
As a Territory Sales Manager at Stryker Trauma, you will play a significant role in a team that shares a strong belief in helping our customers improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain existing business in key Trauma accounts and identify and develop new sales opportunities in the territory.
- Work with hospitals as a whole including procurement, sterile services, stores, KoLs and theatre teams.
- Develop strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement and finance professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, and cover cases in operating theatres.
- Audit theatre and hospital stock, manage consignment levels, and ensure good asset management and stock rotation. Become competent with iPad applications to manage and monitor stock held in customer accounts.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager and wider team on new or larger projects when needed.

What you need
- A demonstrable record of success within medical device sales.
- Orthopaedic experience is preferred.
- Training in a medical, scientific, or technical career, or a degree in a relevant field.
- Intrinsic motivation, a self‑starter with a focus on delivering results.
- Decisive, assertive with a winning personality.
- Ambitious and driven to achieve results.
- Tenacity and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to prioritise, multi‑task and adapt to changes.
