The Microsoft AI market is moving quickly.

But for most organisations, the challenge isn’t access to tools anymore. It’s adoption.

It’s knowing where to start, how to embed change, and how to turn AI interest into something that actually sticks across the business.

That’s where this role comes in.

A leading Microsoft Solutions Partner is looking for a Senior Change & Adoption Consultant to help shape and deliver AI-focused change and enablement programmes across Copilot, Copilot Studio and emerging agent-based technologies.

This is a key hire, sitting at the front of customer engagement, helping organisations move from curiosity to structured, value-led adoption.

The Opportunity

You’ll be working with organisations at very different stages of AI maturity.

Some will already be experimenting with Copilot and agents.

Others will know there’s value but need help understanding where AI fits, and how to approach adoption properly.

You’ll be responsible for creating that structure.

From early-stage discovery through to full rollout and value realisation, leading programmes that drive real behavioural change.

There’s also a strong commercial angle. The work you lead will naturally open up wider opportunities across Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and broader AI services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and refining AI adoption, change and enablement frameworks
• Leading discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder engagements
• Assessing organisational readiness and identifying high-value use cases
• Building structured roadmaps and adoption strategies
• Delivering end-to-end change and adoption programmes
• Driving stakeholder engagement, communications and enablement activity
• Supporting rollout and embedding behavioural change across users
• Measuring adoption, usage and value realisation
• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Helping position further opportunities across AI, Power Platform and Microsoft applications

What we're Looking for...

This role suits someone who combines strong consulting capability with deep experience in change, adoption and enablement in a Microsoft Partner setting.

You won’t be hands-on technically, but they need to be comfortable operating close to the Microsoft ecosystem and AI landscape.

You'll likely bring experience across:

• Change management and organisational adoption
• Digital or AI transformation programmes
• Technology consulting and client-facing delivery
• Programme design and stakeholder engagement
