Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver person-centred care plans.
• Administer medication, dressings, and manage clinical needs safely.
• Liaise with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

About You

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience working in a care home setting.
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and standards.
