We exist to support families through products that make early parenting calmer, simpler, and more connected. As we continue to expand our product line and global reach, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of DTC growth.
About The Role
The Performance Marketing Manager will own DTC growth across Paid Media and Partnership channels, with a strong focus on efficient customer acquisition, incremental revenue generation, and full‑funnel optimisation.
This role will lead performance across PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliate marketing, working closely with creative, eCommerce, and external agency partners to scale acquisition while improving overall marketing efficiency.
This is a 12‑month maternity cover role, offering high ownership across strategy, execution, and optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition Strategy Development – Design and implement strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across paid media, affiliate, and performance PR.
- Paid Media Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Affiliate Program Management – Recruit, manage, and optimise affiliate partnerships to drive incremental traffic and sales. Own creative process across paid channels. Manage agency and partnership relationships.
- Data Analysis & Performance Reporting – Track KPIs across acquisition channels, analyse performance to inform strategy and budget allocation.
- Budget Management – Allocate and monitor budgets across paid media and affiliate campaigns to ensure efficient spending.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – Work with Senior Ecom Manager to implement strategies to improve website, landing page, and funnel performance.
- Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to stay competitive.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals.
- Innovation & Growth Initiatives – Identify and test new channels, platforms, and strategies to scale user acquisition and revenue.
About You
- 3+ years experience in performance marketing, ideally across DTC brands.
- Strong experience managing paid media and affiliate programmes.
- Highly data‑driven with experience analysing large datasets to drive decisions.
- Familiar with attribution models (MTA experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise for efficiency and growth.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on incremental impact rather than platform metrics.
