About the Role
Synergi are recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join a household company name within their industry. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills with free reign on improving an the companies flag ship site.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and fully develop the engineering operation in line with business requirements.
- Take full responsibility for a team of Engineers.
- Collect, read and monitor data to ensure productivity is at peak within the budgeted costs.
- Be accountable to drive Health and Safety procedures.
- Be hands‑on when required to support the maintenance team.
Ideal Background
- Hands‑on Engineering & Managerial background within high speed environments.
- Qualified and experienced in Health & Safety.
- Experience managing projects.
- Steam / Boiler experience would be ideal but not essential.
