What to Expect

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of battery manufacturing operations, leading large-scale teams and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

• Lead daily battery manufacturing operations across frame welding, module assembly, cell stacking, and pack assembly
• Develop and inspire large, multi-shift production teams (250+), driving capability, engagement, and performance
• Champion safety, ensuring full compliance with EHS, environmental, and high-voltage standards
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis to improve yield, throughput, and cost
• Own manufacturing KPIs (SQDCPE) and implement robust action plans to deliver sustained performance

What You’ll Need

• Proven operational leader with experience managing large, multi-shift manufacturing teams
• Strong capability in production planning, resource allocation, and delivery against safety, quality, cost, and output targets
• Deep experience in continuous improvement, including Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies
• Confident cross-functional collaborator, able to lead equipment introduction, automation, and process change
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and experience using MES, SPC, and digital manufacturing tools
