Role Overview

proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships worldwide.

The immediate requirement is for an experienced Senior Commissioner to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV. The role will take full responsibility for undertaking a lead role on projects and overseeing the onsite commissioning team members deployed with them. The Senior Commissioner will supervise and develop the commissioning team, oversee team distribution across projects, and collaborate closely with Project Delivery teams and support departments to deliver successful projects. The role involves contributing to documentation development and informing strategic improvements based on continuous analysis of project deliverables, as well as reporting outcomes back to the Commissioning Manager(s). Senior Commissioners are also responsible for the closeout of allocated projects, working in cohesion with project close‑out teams, effectively communicating and developing direction for onsite operations. Collaboration with all project departments is vital from pre‑sales through onsite deployment, with a focus on feeding back deployment information to pre‑sales. Direct dialogue and relationship maintenance with Service and Support teams will assist, educate, and inform a seamless transition to support.
