We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Account Manager with experience in organizational design, operating model transformation, or workforce strategy. We are happy to consider commercially minded candidates with a proven track record in a customer success role within a B2B SaaS organization who are looking to pivot into an account management role.

Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients, partnering closely with senior stakeholders (CHROs, COOs, CFOs, Transformation Directors) to ensure Orgvue is embedded as a critical enabler of strategic change. You will be instrumental in aligning our platform and services to client transformation agendas, from M&A integration and cost optimization to operating model redesign and organizational agility.

This is a performance-based role that blends strategic consulting, relationship management, and commercial growth. Your success will be measured by license retention, expansion, and services revenue.
