Full-time (Early finish on Fridays)
I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK manufacturing business, part of a long-standing, family‑owned group, who are looking to add a Senior Sales Support Executive to their sales support team in Warwick.
This role is not a sales position. It's suited to someone who enjoys working with detail, figures and specifications, supporting bids, quotations and tenders across public and private sector customers.
The Role
- Producing accurate customer quotations to specification and deadline
- Supporting public sector tenders, including UK council contracts
- Providing day‑to‑day support to field‑based Sales Managers
- Configuring customer solutions using internal systems
- Liaising closely with technical teams on product options
- Managing multiple quotes and bids through to order confirmation
The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- Experience producing quotations end‑to‑end
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Excel and Word
Desirable:
- Exposure to tenders or bidding processes
- Experience in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of vehicle, waste or recycling sectors
Training on products and systems will be provided.
Working Hours
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm
