We're working with a well-established and fast-growing automotive business looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their high-performing team in Kidlington.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and managing their own pipeline in a field-based role.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the local area
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of SME and corporate clients
• Developing long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Delivering tailored vehicle, finance, and fleet solutions
• Conducting face-to-face meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Negotiating and closing deals in line with targets
• Working closely with internal sales, finance, and aftersales teams

What we're looking for:

• Background in sales or business development (automotive experience a bonus, not essential)
• Proven ability to hit or exceed targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence
