Summary: We are currently seeking a Manager, People Business Partnerships, EMEA & APAC to join our People team in Dublin. This role will be based out of our Dublin hub or on a remote basis within Ireland or the UK. This is a high-ownership, high-accountability leadership role responsible for driving the people strategy across the EMEA and APAC regions within Clio’s Go-To-Market portfolio. You will be the regional expert and DRI for all people-related matters across these geographies, partnering closely with GTM leadership and operating with significant autonomy to shape and execute a world-class people experience. This role reports directly into the Global GTM People Business Partner Leader and is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and brings deep regional expertise and organizational strategy across EMEA and APAC.

The expected salary range for this role is €96,800 to €145,200 EUR. There are separate salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. The final offer amount will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
