About the role
We are looking for a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead the development and delivery of key social care and health commissioning strategies across Norfolk. The role involves managing a key element of commissioning activity within the authority and partnering with a range of internal and external stakeholders to innovate and integrate system and service design. The successful candidate will build and maintain excellent relationships with multiple organisations and stakeholders, including people with lived experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic commissioning, management and transformation of Norfolk’s Residential and Nursing Care market.
- Co‑produce commissioning strategies and design delivery mechanisms that result in cost‑effective, outcome‑driven services for the people of Norfolk.
- Create and manage successful partnership environments, ensuring strong collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage complex commissioning projects and deliver on strategic objectives.
