Part Time Temporary Administrator

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and organised Receptionist to join our team immediately on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well‑established and professional firm, providing essential front‑of‑house support. This position is covering sickness and is expected to last a few weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first impression
• Answering and directing calls where required
• Receiving and managing deliveries
• Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presentable
• Ensuring the kitchen is stocked with supplies
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed
